The head, with a white forehead, a dark eye and a pinkish muzzle, sits in the upper right part of the wall, at roughly three quarters of the width; at a height of 260 cm that is about 140–220 cm above the floor. The body fills the middle, and the tail, dark grey at the root, streams out on the left into a sandy streak. The forelegs darken from the knees down and end in pale feathering; the lower hoof sits about 35 cm above the floor. From rump to nose the horse measures about 2.3 m, and with the tail about 3.4 m. The background is blue-grey with a turquoise tint, darker at the top. The bottom and a narrow strip at the right edge turn into a warm cream.
