The leaves overlap, have clearly visible, finely drawn veins and pale edges, and their thin, silvery-grey stalks converge in the bottom left corner. Single leaves at mid-height reach furthest to the right, roughly to 60% of the width. The right part is a painterly background in \u003cstrong\u003ewarm grey and beige\u003c\/strong\u003e, worn like plaster, with light, peachy glimmers.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOn a wall 260 cm high the whole image is about 450 cm wide, the cascade takes up about 270 cm, and the calm background on the right side of the image about 180 cm.
