The heads meet exactly in the middle of the wall, and the bodies spread to the sides almost symmetrically. On a wall 260 cm high the horses measure about 220 cm from ears to hooves, and their heads occupy a height of about 140–230 cm above the floor. Together the pair is about 2.9 m wide.
