In the upper half, from the left of the image to the middle, rises a clump of several wavy, overlapping leaves. On the right of the image a large, flat fan drawn with straight, radiating strokes opens out and reaches the right edge. In the lower left corner lies a smaller leaf, and thin stalks converge low down, in the left half. The top and middle are crossed by tangled streaks of pale, pinkish threads, like an unwound skein of silk.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOn a wall 260 cm high the whole image is about 4.6 m wide. The whole clump is then about 2.8 m wide, and the individual wavy leaves in it about 90–130 cm.
