Alongside it lies a wide band of gold dust, widest low down, on the left. In the upper right part you will see a large, rounded turquoise form dusted with gold: it is lighter than the ribbon and softly shaded, a little like a cross-section of agate. The bottom right corner brightens almost to white and has markings that look like marble, with thin gold veins. The upper left part is filled with a light, misty turquoise.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe gold is a printed colour here: a warm, sandy shade that you will be able to judge on the sample. On a wall 260 cm high the whole image is about 462 cm wide. The green of the furniture and the turquoise of the ribbon belong to one family of colours, and the gold veins link up with brass details.
