Decomura.com Return Policy

Due to the unique nature of our products — every wall mural is created to individual order and to the dimensions provided by the customer, which means production starts immediately after the order is placed and paid — we do not accept returns unless the product has manufacturing defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage, please contact us to arrange the details of the return and replacement.

International orders (outside Europe)

• Every mural is printed to size, individually for your order — personalised products cannot be returned "without giving a reason".
• We accept claims for manufacturing defects and transport damage without territorial limits: send photos of the shipping tube and the print within 7 days of delivery to contact@decomura.com.
• Once the claim is accepted, we ship a new roll or refund the full amount — the choice is yours.
