Decomura.com Shipping Policy

At Decomura.com we deliver personalised wall murals directly to customers across many European countries, using reputable courier companies. For orders within Poland we work with InPost, DHL and DPD. Delivery is free for orders over 600 zł.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are calculated individually for each order. Information about standard rates for individual countries is available on our website. The customer covers any additional charges (e.g. customs duties, taxes).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. In case of delays or questions about delivery, please contact the courier.

International delivery — outside Europe

We also ship made-to-measure wall murals outside Europe — including the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates and South Korea; the full, up-to-date list of countries is available at checkout:

  • Shipping cost: a flat fee of €69.95 per order, regardless of the number and size of the murals ordered.
  • Lead time: 6–11 business days from order to delivery (made-to-measure production 2–7 business days + express transport 3–5 business days).
  • Carrier: premium courier — FedEx, UPS or DHL, depending on the destination country.
  • Packaging and tracking: every mural is rolled and shipped in a rigid, rectangular tube protecting the print; we e-mail the tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Import duties and taxes (DAP delivery terms)

International orders are delivered to the address provided, while local customs duties and import taxes are settled by the recipient as the importer of the goods. For example:

  • Australia: for a typical order value (below AUD 1,000) — usually no additional charges at all.
  • USA: duty approx. 15% (goods from the EU); together with the courier fee usually 20–26% of the order value.
  • Canada: 0% duty (CETA agreement — we enclose an EU origin declaration with the shipment); GST/HST tax of 5–15% depending on the province + courier fee.
  • Japan: 0% duty (EU–Japan agreement); consumption tax of 10% + courier fee.
  • Other supported countries: usually around 10–28% of the order value in total — in many of them the duty is 0% thanks to EU trade agreements, so the charge comes down to local tax and the courier fee.

The values given are estimates — they depend on the current regulations of the destination country and the order value. They are charged and collected by the customs office or the courier, not by DECOMURA, usually upon or shortly before delivery.
