Decomura.com Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services
Decomura.com specializes in the sale of personalized wallpapers, created to the individual order of each customer. Each product is tailored to the dimensions provided by the Customer – based on the specifications provided, we prepare an individual pattern frame. After the design is approved by the Customer, the production process begins.

2. Order Fulfillment
Each order is fulfilled based on the individual dimensions and specifications provided by the Customer, which initiates the production process. After the project is approved by the Customer, we start the production of the wallpaper according to the agreed dimensions. From the moment of payment and customer approval to shipping, the process takes a maximum of 14 business days.

3. Changes to the Order
Due to the personalized nature of the products, changes to the order may be limited or impossible after the fulfillment process has begun.

4. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the individual nature of the products, the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason is excluded, unless the product has defects.

5. Complaints and Returns
Complaints regarding manufacturing defects or damages will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Submitting Complaints: Complaints should be submitted exclusively via email by sending a message to: contact@decomura.com.
  • Complaint Procedure: After receiving the complaint, we will respond within 7 business days. The customer will be informed about the next steps, including the possible need to return the defective product to the specified address. 
  • Returns: Returns of personalized products are not possible unless the reported defect is confirmed by the Seller.
