FEATHERLIGHT - delicate pampas grass wallpaper for the hallway

A few pale plumes of pampas grass, set wide apart on a calm background, bring movement into the room without taking away its sense of air. The wall looks as though a light breeze were passing through it. This composition is designed for places where you want calm rather than a dense pattern: a hallway, a study or a bathroom.

What does the pattern show?

Thin, feathery plumes in cream are scattered across a light greige background with a canvas texture and delicate scratches. They stand at different heights: three on the left of the image, a tall, slender plume just left of centre, a shorter one right in the middle, one to the right of the centre and a group of three by the right edge, with a small, low plume in front of them. Most of the plumes lean to the left, as if the wind were blowing from the right. The strip of wall just to the right of the centre stays almost empty, giving the eye a moment of rest. Beneath the plumes rise a few thin stems and blades in olive taupe, reaching the bottom edge. On a wall 260 cm high, the whole image is about 464 cm wide, the largest plumes measure about 110–120 cm and the small plume by the right edge about 55 cm.

Which interior does it suit?

Hallway: in an entrance hall you see the wall up close and in passing, and the sparse arrangement of plumes does not overwhelm a narrow space. The light background brightens the passage, and the leftward lean of the plumes leads the eye along a long corridor. Study: greige and cream do not compete with a screen or paperwork; place a cork or oak desk to one side so that the centre of the image remains visible. Bathroom: the cream plumes work with travertine, sandstone and pale ceramics, and a freestanding bath will cover only the lower stems. With light wood, rattan and linen furniture, as in the living room shown in the gallery, this delicate pampas grass wallpaper suits Japandi, boho and rustic styles.

How do I choose the size and material?

Each design is one large image printed to the size of your wall. You set the size, material and crop in the “Calculate price and order” configurator on the product page. For a narrower hallway wall, choose a crop with the group of plumes on the right of the image or with the three plumes on the left, so that the empty strip to the right of the centre does not end up at the edge of the wall. The main materials are Mura Vinyl Canvas with a natural canvas texture, the most versatile, which echoes the canvas background of the design itself, and Mura Vinyl Intonaco with a trowelled plaster texture, which gives the even greige a structure visible in side light. The alternatives are Mura Vinyl Sabbia with a pronounced coarse sand grain, whose grain will be visible up close on the thin blades, and Mura Natur, an eco-friendly matt non-woven, odourless and hypoallergenic, on which the cream plumes look soft.

How can I buy with confidence?

Before you order the whole wall, order a sample from the product page: a print of about 90 × 50 cm on one or two materials, which we dispatch in 1–3 working days. Hold it up in your hallway in daylight and evening light to see how the greige and cream look next to your floor and doors, and which texture you prefer. On the product page you can also create an AI visualisation on a photo of your own room, and on request we will prepare a studio visualisation in 1–2 working days. On request, the studio will adapt the composition, colours and crop of the design to your interior. Orders are usually completed in 3–7 working days, printing is eco-friendly and certified, shipping within Poland and Europe is free, and on request we arrange installation throughout Europe, priced individually.

You will find more pampas grass designs on warm backgrounds in the Pampas Dusk collection, and more botanical motifs in the Nature collection. If you are not sure which crop to choose for your hallway, book a consultation with our team.
