JADE CROSSING - sage and gold marble wall mural for living rooms

What can you see in JADE CROSSING?

This is a light, marble-like pattern with sage-green and blue shading. The gold veins cross slightly below mid-height, left of the centre of the wall. From this crossing one vein rises to the top edge in the middle and there widens into a vertical band of gold on a greenish background. The others spread towards the top left corner, towards the bottom left corner and to the right, where they drop to the lower part of the right edge.

On the left, at mid-height, lies a turquoise-blue pocket: the coolest and darkest part of the image, outlined from above with a gold line. In the bottom right corner a gold arc outlines a grey-green field. The upper right part stays white and almost empty, crossed only by fine lines. The gold here is the colour of the print: light and muted.

How does it differ from AQUAMARINE DELTA? There the veins form a wide V, and the background is purely blue. Here the lines cross as in the letter X, the vertical gold band reaches the top edge, and the shadow is sage.

What kind of interior does it suit?

Living room. A sofa in sage linen, an oak table and the pale stone of the floor repeat the colours of the background, and a brass lamp the gold of the veins. Plenty of white keeps the wall light. A study or home office. The orderly pattern with a single junction is a calm backdrop behind a walnut desk and a sage-coloured leather armchair. An entrance hall. Here the wall is seen in passing and from close up, so the fine lines are visible; a console with a marble top and a terrazzo floor pick up the pattern of the design.

How do you choose the size and material?

This marble living room wall mural is a single large image printed to the size of your wall. The crossing of the veins then falls about 105 cm above the floor and about 1.8 m from the left edge, just above the back of a low sofa. The vertical gold band is about 100 cm long, and the blue pocket on the left is about 115 cm wide. On a narrower wall, make sure the crossing stays in the frame.
