PEACOCK AGATE - deep turquoise agate wall mural with gold

A deep peacock turquoise takes up the left part of the wall and instantly sets the mood of the interior. It is the strongest colour in this family of designs, but the rest of the image is light, so you get one saturated wall rather than a dark room. A gold vein joins the two sides and leads the eye upwards.

What can you see in PEACOCK AGATE?

The design resembles a cross-section of agate: softly outlined layers of colour nest one inside another. The left third of the wall, from the top almost to the bottom, is taken up by a mass of deep, peacock turquoise; at the top it is at its widest and reaches almost to the centre. Gold dust is scattered across its upper part. From the bottom left corner, along the edge of the turquoise, a gold-coloured vein rises. It passes just below the centre of the wall, where it leaves a warm, golden haze, and runs diagonally to the right edge in the upper part of the image.

At the top centre a white, rounded cloud brightens, a counterweight to the dark side. On the right the vein is surrounded by a mid-tone, watery turquoise, and the bottom right is soft white-blue layers. The gold areas have a warm shade of sand and honey; they are the colour of the print, so do not expect a metallic shine.

In the family of designs with a stone pattern, this teal agate wall mural is the most saturated. ONYX ESTUARY has a similar layout with a dark patch on the left, but it is lighter and warmed by cream; here the turquoise covers nearly a third of the wall, and cool white takes the place of cream.

What kind of interior does it suit?

Living room, as an accent wall behind the sofa. A turquoise velvet sofa will carry the dark side of the design downwards; a cream or light grey one will stand out clearly against it. The table's brass repeats the colour of the vein. An intimate restaurant or bar. Above a low banquette running along the wall, most of the pattern stays visible above the guests' heads, and the warm light of table lamps brings out the golden areas. A library or study with walnut and cognac-coloured leather: warm brown contrasts with the turquoise, so an armchair stands out clearly against the wall.

How do you choose the size and material?

PEACOCK AGATE is a single large image printed to the size of your wall. You choose the crop, size and material in the “Calculate price and order” configurator on the product page. On a wall 260 cm high, the whole file with its 16:9 proportions is about 4.6 m wide. The turquoise mass is then about 190 cm wide at the top and about 225 cm high, and the white cloud is about 100 cm in diameter, which is more than the width of an armchair. On a shorter wall, keep the left part if you want a strong accent, or shift the crop to the right if you prefer a lighter effect.

Mura Vinyl Canvas, with its natural canvas texture, is the most versatile material; on the dark turquoise its weave is clearly visible. Mura Vinyl Intonaco has a trowelled plaster texture: it is structured and breaks up large fields of colour with its texture. The alternatives are Mura Vinyl Sabbia, whose pronounced coarse sand grain is neither smooth nor satin and, up close, competes with the fine gold dust, and Mura Natur: an eco-friendly non-woven, matt, odourless and hypoallergenic, whose matt finish calms the saturated turquoise.

How can you buy with confidence?

With a colour this saturated, a sample matters more than it does for pale designs. You order it from the product page: it is a print of about 90 × 50 cm, on one or two materials, which we ship in 1–3 working days. Hold it against the wall it is meant for and look at it in the evening, under lamps, to judge the colours and the texture of the material. On the product page you can also create an AI visualisation on a photo of your own room yourself, and we prepare a studio visualisation on request in 1–2 working days. If the turquoise should be a shade lighter or the vein should land somewhere else, the studio will adapt the colours, composition and crop on request. Orders are usually completed in 3–7 working days. We ship free to Poland and the countries of Europe, and outside Europe at the rate shown in the basket. We arrange installation on request anywhere in Europe, with an individual quote, and the print itself is eco-friendly and certified.

You will find lighter versions of the same palette in the Turquoise and Gold collection, and other ideas for the wall behind the sofa in the Living Room collection. You can discuss a project for a restaurant or hotel with us during a consultation.
