White, pearl grey and a few golden streaks: this image brightens a room like a large window. The horse bows its head low, and its mane flows up towards the ceiling, so the wall holds both calm and a little movement.

What can you see in the design?

PEARL CURTSY shows a white horse bowing its head towards the left. The head lies in the middle part of the image: the ears are in the upper quarter, the dark eye looks down, and the dark muzzle reaches low, to about four fifths of the height, left of centre. The neck bends in an arc, and the white mane spreads wide towards the upper right corner. The background is white-grey and cool, with vertical worn streaks in warm, golden beige; they are densest on the left, while on the right the background turns to white and pale grey. The paint looks thick, with a visible relief in the mane. On a wall 260 cm high with the full crop (about 460 cm wide), the head measures about 170 cm from ears to muzzle, and the muzzle ends about 50 cm above the floor.

How do you tell it apart from HONEY HUSH?

In both designs the horse bows its head in the same direction. PEARL CURTSY is cooler and whiter: grey instead of cream, with golden beige only in the streaks. The head comes down lower here, and the mane is in motion. HONEY HUSH has a warm, honey-coloured background and a mane that falls calmly.

Which interior does it suit?

In a bedroom with white bedding, pale stone and cream leather, the design blends with its surroundings and the eye and muzzle stay distinct. Put the bed on the left side of the wall and only a low bench under the muzzle: the head comes down low and a tall piece of furniture would cover it. In a teenager's room, next to pale pine and a desk at the right end of the wall, the white horse is a natural choice for someone who loves riding; it is a design for a room for young people, not for small children. A third idea is a bathroom with white marble and brushed brass, with the bath moved to one side.

How do you choose the size and material?

A white wall mural with horse is one large image to the size of your wall. The “Calculate price and order” configurator on the product page lets you set the dimensions, material and crop. On a narrower wall, watch two places: the muzzle at the bottom and the arc of the mane at the top right; the golden streaks on the left can be trimmed.
