SLATE DRIZZLE - wall mural with grey-blue ginkgo for a bathroom

A dense cloud of grey-blue leaves hangs high above the room, and thin, rust-coloured lines run down the whole wall like drops of paint. The muted blue quietens the interior and gives it an evening mood, which is why the design looks good in a bathroom, a restaurant dining room and a study with dark wood.

What can you see in the design?

The leaves fill the upper two thirds of the image from the left edge to the right and overlap in layers like a cloud. A large leaf stands at the top on the left side of the image, and lower down, in the left part of the middle, lie the darkest, petrol and deep turquoise shadows. Above the middle a single almost white leaf, drawn as an outline only, stands out pale, and on the right side of the image further clusters reach the top edge. The leaves are dense and barely see-through, in a smoky blue with lilac tinges. Thin, vertical lines in rust-orange and ochre run across the whole wall, densest on the right side of the image, and descend all the way to the bottom edge. Below about 50 cm only the stalks, these lines and the pale outlines of the leaves remain on a light, grey-blue ground.

On a wall 260 cm high, single leaves are about 1–1.2 m wide, the darkest, petrol part on the left is about 50 cm, and the band of the densest rust-coloured lines on the right side of the image about 70 cm.

Which interiors does it suit?

Bathroom. A freestanding stone bath in front of the wall covers only the lower band with the lines, and the cloud of leaves stays fully visible above it. The smoky blue suits sand-coloured plaster, brushed nickel and cedar wood.

Restaurant and spa. A long, low banquette in slate colour fits along the wall. Guests at the tables see the design from a few metres away, so the leaves read as one dark, atmospheric patch, and the rust-coloured lines echo the warm light of the lamps on the tables.

Study. Behind a mahogany desk, the darkest leaves give the wall depth, and the rust-coloured lines go with the cognac leather of the armchair and a navy rug.

How do you choose the size and material?

SLATE DRIZZLE is one image printed to the size of your wall. You set the wall dimensions, material and the section of the image in the “Calculate price and order” configurator on the product page. On a narrower wall, choose whether the crop should keep the petrol shadow on the left side of the image or the dense rust-coloured lines on the right; at full width, about 4.6 m at a height of 260 cm, you will see both.

You will judge the smoky blue and rust orange most reliably in the light in which you will be looking at them. Order a sample from the product page: a print of about 90 × 50 cm on one or two materials, which we will ship in 1–3 working days, and check the colours and the texture of the material on it at home. You can create an AI visualisation on a photo of your own room yourself on the product page; for a restaurant or spa project, a studio visualisation, which we prepare on request in 1–2 working days, is often more convenient. On request, the studio will adapt the composition, colours and crop of the design, for example by lightening the background or thickening the rust-coloured lines. Orders are usually completed in 3–7 working days. Shipping within Poland and Europe is free, to other countries it is calculated at the rate in the basket, and on request we arrange installation across Europe after an individual quote.
