Collection: Amber Ginkgo

Amber Ginkgo brings ginkgo leaves in warm, painterly colours: cream and white fans on a stone-coloured, ochre ground, worn walls in ochre, sea green and navy, intense compositions in lemon yellow, terracotta and bottle green, and leaves that look like stained glass. What unites the designs is the visible texture of paint, worn backgrounds and a warm tonality that holds even with navy. It is for people who want a wall with the character of a painting – in a living room, dining room, bedroom, hallway or study.

How do you choose a design from this collection?

• Start with the light. For north-facing rooms choose designs with ochre, orange or a cream background, which add warmth; in a room full of sun, deep greens, navy and glassy leaves look calm and fresh.
• Decide on the contrast. Designs with a dark outline or a navy background draw the eye from the threshold and suit an accent wall, while pale, cream and milky palettes calm a bedroom and bathroom.
• Check the scale. In some designs a single leaf is about a metre wide or more on a wall 260 cm high, so on a narrow wall choose a crop with one or two leaves in the configurator.
• Compare the palette variants. The composition of glassy leaves comes in three versions: the pale OPAL PANE, the grey QUARTZ PANE and the olive MOSS PANE; they differ in the colour of the outlines, gaps and sky.
• Match the material to the texture. With designs that look like an old wall, Mura Vinyl Intonaco, with the texture of trowelled plaster, emphasises the worn patches, and Mura Vinyl Canvas, with the texture of canvas, strengthens the painterly character of the leaves.

You can first order any design as a sample – a print of about 90 × 50 cm on one or two materials, shipped in 1–3 working days – and compare the colours at home, in your own light and with your own furniture. On the product page you can create an AI visualisation on a photo of your own room, and on request we will prepare a studio visualisation in 1–2 working days.

You will find other botanical motifs in the Nature collection. We have gathered bold designs for a single wall in the Accent Wall collection, and ideas for the living room among the wallpapers and wall murals for the living room.
